December 2025 · 4-Week Series · Live + Replay
Wednesday's 7:30am PST // 10:30am EST -- December 10th, 17th, 24th, 31st
Imagine closing out the year feeling lighter in your body, clearer in your mind, and steadier in your nervous system, like you finally have more energy to live your life, not just to get through it.
Over 4 weeks of The Sukshmah Method, you can expect to:
- stand taller with easier, fuller breath
- feel less tightness in your neck, shoulders, and jaw
- experience calmer, more focused attention
- have more even, sustainable energy throughout the day
- feel more emotionally steady and grounded, even when life is intense
This method is rooted in Sukshma Vyayama, a precise sequence of breath and movement codified by Swami Dhirendra Brahmachari and carried through our Himalayan lineage. It’s often called the yoga of immortality — a subtle “micro-exercise” system that works on the Sukshma Sharira (subtle/pranic body) that animates and nourishes the physical body. After my direct experience of daily practice during the pandemic, I started referring to it as the yoga of immunity.
Rather than forcing or pushing, Sukshmah uses targeted joint activation, rhythmic breathing, and specific angles of the body to:
- stimulate micro-circulation from head to toe
- bathe the joints in synovial fluid and improve mobility
- tone the nervous system and endocrine (hormonal) function
- release stored tension from long hours of sitting, screens, and stress
The result is a practice that feels simple and accessible, yet leaves you surprisingly clear, awake, and renewed—often within the first few minutes.
Why practice in December?
December naturally invites closure and integration. This series gives your body a ritual of its own: a weekly reset to clear accumulation from the year and build a strong, radiant foundation for the one ahead.
With consistent practice over these four weeks, many students notice:
- more mental clarity and sharper focus
- smoother digestion and fewer energy crashes
- easier recovery from workouts or long workdays
- a quieter, steadier inner baseline instead of constant “fight or flight”
Benefits you may experience
- Improved concentration, focus, and memory
- Support for hormonal balance and stress regulation
- Revitalized posture, endurance, and muscle tone
- Relief from neck, shoulder, and upper-back tension
- Increased metabolism and improved circulation
- Gentle detoxification support
- More consistent energy and fewer midday slumps
- Harmonized digestion and elimination
- Better balance, coordination, and body awareness
- Softer, less strained eyes and improved eye comfort
- A lifted mood, a greater sense of joy
- Emotional steadiness and resilience
(This practice is supportive, not a substitute for medical care.)
What to expect in class
- Guided from head to toe – I’ll lead you through specific movements, angles, and breath patterns designed to work systematically through your entire body.
- Mostly standing, with options – Much of the sequence is done standing, and I’ll offer seated variations if you need or prefer them.
- Camera on is encouraged – So I can support your alignment and keep you safe; this is a co-regulated space, not a faceless class.
- Steady, accessible pace – We move with intention and give time to pause, feel, and integrate so your nervous system can actually register the shift.
- Safety first – If you ever feel lightheaded or uncomfortable, you’ll be invited to stop, sit, and rest. Listening to your body is part of the method.
Come as you are.
No prior experience with Sukshmah or yoga is required; just a willingness to breathe, move, and meet yourself with a bit more kindness each week.
If you want to close 2025 feeling clearer, stronger, and more deeply rooted in your own body, this series is for you.
