07. Grounding Somatics + Sound Healing Meditation + Vibration (Workshop)
If the first week of 2021 showed us anything, it’s that we are in a very particular and ACTIVE period of time for humanity. There’s no way around it — we’re a “bridge generation” here to transition out of the old paradigm and usher in the new. Truth is, we, our souls — our higher Self — signed up for it! So on some level we already knew this was on deck, which means, we also knew we could handle all that was going to come with it. The key thing is remembering, even in isolation, we’re not designed to go at this alone. That wasn’t part of our contract, and that’s certainly not part of the Aquarian age we’re transitioning into.

In order to grow there will always be some pain — of mind, body and spirit, individually and collectively. The question becomes how can we move through all of these transitions and transformations with as much ease as possible. How can we remain in our center despite whatever internal or external shock, disturbance, or sudden change may come our way and how can we transform this shock into a moment of awakening and growth?
This is indeed what’s possible if we’re willing to prioritize GROUNDING ourselves first and foremost, above all. It is not a matter of choice or an occasional luxury or treat; this is absolutely essential in staying balanced in our mental, emotional and physical health. The state of our health on all levels is a matter of the quality of our vibration on each of those levels. Health is a vibration. When the times are “extra,” it means we‘re being called to step it up ourselves, first and foremost, so we can then step it up together, as the next wave of humanity’s evolvement.
So, let’s do that — step it up — TOGETHER!
We both recognize that understanding what’s happening and what we’re in at the intellectual level is one thing — we’ve heard about it, read about it, and we get it. But consistently integrating and embodying it is another. Truth is, it takes practice for knowledge to become wisdom. We must exercise the muscles of our mind, body, and spirit in new ways, on a regular basis, to support our adaptation into a new form and a new world. That’s exactly what we’ll be doing.
Grounding to soothe the current energies and emotions (energy in motion) in our body and nervous system — cooling ourselves down just from the first week of 2021 alone, not even to mention 2020, hello!
Breathwork to regulate our mind back to neutrality — the breath is the CEO of the mind. The mind, body and emotions will ALWAYS follow the quality and rhythm of our breath. No way around it. Our breath is THE hack for regulating our thoughts and emotions.
Somatic Movement: to move anything lingering or stuck in the body, preventing it from growing into anything more extreme. Also, humans have been dancing and moving since the beginning of time as form of self expression, healing and spiritual connection.
Sound Healing Vibration: to clear and release any residual energetic blocks and integrating whatever is ready to upgrade us into a new form.
Visualization Meditation: to reimagine our new reality. It’s not enough to let go of the old ; what are we deliberately creating to replace the old?
Astrology/Numerology: to tune into the upcoming cosmic weather. We will tune into the most important themes and aspects of the 2021 based on the cosmic alignments and vibrational energies present for all of us to work with.
