09. Pranic Snack: Grounding + Protection (Class)

Todays practice: slow down, tether to light, ease NS, and protect yourself. What do you need to fully take care of yourself? Your mind, your heart, your body? What do you really need, from yourself — not outside of you — to feel good, or at least neutral? Who can you call to support you/lovingly hold you accountable to give yourself what you need?
A few examples for grounding energy (Taurus season): spend time outside, put your feet and/or hands into the earth (sand/water/dirt/grass etc), lay your spine on the Earth, slightly spine to trunk of a tree and take slow deep breaths with it, regulate your breath/pranayama, sound waves — repeat the mantra we use here in your mind as you’re doing 4 pt breath; let that mental vibration steady you, move somatically, meditate, journal, use plant essences and crystals, and one of the most effective: sit in gratitude and give thanks for the breath you’ve been blessed with that day and give thanks for the resources, support, love, beauty, and friendship you do have right now.
And, protecting yourself: call in protection everyday/every situation/ every instance needed from your ancestors, guides, deities, angels, archangels (Michael), surround yourself in a bubble of light/or ring fire, use crystals and plant essences, and one of my favorites: use found vibration as a shield of light (Nervous System is regulated by sound and light), Triple Mantra in particular is an incredible vibration of protection.
